Please join me in congratulating Rhigardt Nolte on his promotion. Rhigardt assumes the role of Managing Director of Proconics International on the 1st of March 2024.

Phillip Koen has graciously agreed to step in and steady the ship in the role of General Manager of the Cape Town office pending the appointment of a new leader. On behalf of the whole leadership team, thank you Phillip for making the sacrifices this will entail.

I had the pleasure of revealing Rhigardt's pending appointment at our quarterly webinar in January, and I'm delighted to formally welcome him into this new role.

As a natural-born leader, he has played a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction of our organisation. There are many challenges and opportunities at hand in our international markets, and I look forward to the adventures we will undertake in pursuit of the heights Rhigardt has planned for Proconics International.
