Proconics Reinforces Leadership in Renewable Energy Through IBIM Hosting

Proconics recently hosted a delegation from the Africa Energy Sector Inward Buying and Investment Mission (IBIM) at its Johannesburg headquarters, underscoring the company’s established position in the renewable energy sector.


As a member of the South African Electrotechnical Export Council (SAEEC), Proconics was privileged to facilitate the mission. The delegation, comprising representatives from Egypt, the Democratic Republic of Congo, and Mozambique, gained valuable insights into Proconics’ extensive experience and project portfolio across the continent.

 

Through a detailed presentation, Proconics highlighted its strategic approach to capitalising on the opportunities presented by the energy transition. The company's ability to support clients in navigating evolving energy landscapes and its commitment to contributing to South Africa’s just energy transition were key focus areas.

 

Subsequent to the presentations, the delegation engaged in productive discussions with Proconics to explore potential collaborations and project development opportunities within the renewable energy domain.

 

Aligned with its overarching objectives, the IBIM seeks to empower African energy leaders by providing access to essential knowledge and resources. Through fostering collaborative partnerships and the exchange of expertise, the mission contributes to the advancement of sustainable energy development across the continent.

 

Proconics’ involvement in the IBIM reinforces its status as a dominant player in the renewable energy sector and reaffirms the company’s dedication to driving sustainable energy solutions.
