Last Thursday (15 August 2024), we had the privilege of celebrating the remarkable women of Proconics by bringing together colleagues from across all departments to honour their achievements, contributions, and the unique perspectives they bring to our company every day.

 

The “Pink Drinks Thursday” event was a refreshing twist on the usual “Phuza Thursday,” transforming it into a powerful reaffirmation of Proconics' commitment to fostering an environment where every woman feels valued, respected, and empowered to reach her full potential.

 

Each office thoughtfully curated its menu of activities, but the vibrant energy, enthusiasm, and camaraderie across the board underscored the strength found in our diversity and the incredible potential we unlock when we support and uplift one another.

 

Guided by the empowering principles of the “I Am” affirmation, there were meaningful conversations, where both male and female colleagues shared stories and celebrated the achievements of the remarkable women in their teams.

 

As we move forward, let’s continue to champion the women of Proconics, recognising that their success is a collective success that propels us all toward a brighter and more inclusive future.
