Listening to the podcast of our Proconics Representative on Radio Namakwaland 93.4fm on the 10th of November. The interview was conducted on the day the graduation ceremony took place at the West Coast TVET College’s Malmesbury campus. The discussion delved deep into the partnership between Proconics and the College, as an execution partner, of rolling out a competency-based modular training programme where 50 unemployed youth in the Vredendal and Citrusdal communities were selected to be part of the training. The discussion also touched on the organisation’s commitment to upskilling communities through education.
